I've found that in writing, hockey can nearly always be applicable. I've sort of got an XMFC one all planned out in my head, but keep not writing it because there is angst and I the hockey verse is just sort of an outlet for my flaily happy glee. Maybe I'll have to write Raven instead of Erik. That should work.

ALL YOUR COMMENTS ARE MAKING ME REMEMBER HOW MUCH I LIKE WRITING IN THIS VERSE. IN ACTUAL HOCKEY, THE CAPS KEEP ATTEMPTING TO GIVE ME HEART ATTACKS. If they actually make the playoffs, I may celebrate by writing about someone in the hockey verse on a winning team. It'll be great.

Also, this statement I should have watched Sherlock so much sooner just so I could have read this earlier makes me really really happy.
